Serving size is 16.
Ingrediants needed:
1 lb. mashed potatoes
2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 12 ounce jar of peanut butter
Place mashed potatoes in mixing bowl, add 1 cup of sugar at a time beating well after each addition. Spread into greasede 10x15 inch pan. Spread peanut butter over the top. Roll as for a jelly roll. Refrigerate for a while. Cut into slices and serve.
