First day of school... 

Growing up...

Ok It is now 11:22 and I have finally recovered from the fact that my lil baby boy has went to kindergarten... OMG I just can't believe that he is not a baby anymore! Oh but he will always be my lil baby no matter what age he is. He just hopped right up on the bus so proud to be a kindergartener and said I would like to sit with my big brother waved back at me and said bye momma. My very sad heart was aching to just grab him back off the bus and keep him. Christian was so happy, because he got the teacher he wanted, and his best friend Micheal is in his class once again. So as for Christian life is great right now! I can't wait to hear how excited Dillon is when he comes home. I just don't wanna cut those darn strings just yet... I think I will hold onto them a lil' longer if ya all don't mind!

I sit here

As I sit here at this computer that I love I am so tired from workin' nonstop. I wonder do you ever really get ahead of the game?

Out of the mouth of my 5yo son...

Today I was trying to take a lil' nap and trying to convince my 5yo to do so too, He didn't want to. He goes out to the fridge and comes back in the room eating something. When I asked what he had he said "some yummy cotton cheese. " Okay so I was wondering what is cotton cheese and when I look in the bowl he had COTTAGE CHEESE !
Now how cute is that?

Dillon learned to ride his bike with no training wheels yesterday on Mother's day!! Today he decided he was ready for the big hill after one day. This is what happened ....bad boo boos on his face, chin, both arms,hands. (and he is still smiling,go figure huh?)

Hillbilly Breakfast

This is so easy to make, and you can add whatever you want, and clean up is easy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag shredded hash brown
6 eggs
1 lb sausage or ham, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
seasoning salt and pepper
red, yellow, or green peppers, optional

PREPARATION:
Take an aluminum foil cooking bag sprayed with pam, sprinkle with seasoning salt and put some pats of butter in the foil bag. Open a bag of hash browns, beat eggs, chop onions, pour all ingedients into the bag of hash browns, and mix by squeezing. Then pour the mixture into the foil cooking bag and spread out. Add some salt and pepper, more seasoning salt, and a bit more butter on top of the hash brown mixture. Place the aluminum cooking bag on a preheated grill (medium heat) and turn the bag every five minutes. The bag will start to puff and you can open it to check for doneness.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

How sweet...They both fell asleep in the recliner, this is the only time that they are perfect angels!!!
